  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any other meals not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Any upgradation in hotel room category or transportation, if requested.
  • Any additional expenses incurred due to route changes, delays, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen force majeure circumstances.
  • Any services or activities not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Porter charges, tips, and other personal gratuities.
  • The coach driver will operate only on the route as directed by the Tour Manager. Any deviation or additional travel requested by tourists will be chargeable.
  • Tourists are not allowed to consume or carry alcoholic beverages during the trip

Hotel Terms & Conditions:

  1. Please read the package carefully and understand the contents and prices. All the conversations will be also part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
  2. As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. valid identification documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Aadhar Card. All the documents must include a photograph.
  3. Hotel/Dharamshala/ ashram or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof-related issues.
  4. Generally, hotel or Dharamshala has fixed check in – out time. Confirm early check-in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact the hotel directly if you want complimentary early check-in or late check-out.
  5. Normally for extra bed on double-sharing rooms many hotels provide extra mattress only. If you are not comfortable with the mattress system instead of bed update the service provider in advance.
  6. Lift facility & power backup is not available in most of the hotels especially in Ahram or Dharamshala in Standard package. Also not expect the Room service/ wifi facility in the Standard package.


Vehicle Terms & Conditions:

  1. Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off-route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact Service Provider. A refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together.
  2. Rates for extra sightseeing places will be extra
  3. Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
  4. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
  5. In case the driver is not cooperative kindly contact Service provider on the spot.
  6. Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform in advance
  7. In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
  8. Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)
  9. In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
  10. Tour destination/route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be changed)
  11. The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increase more than 5 % than the time of booking service provider may increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
  12. Service provider reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
  13. At many of the tourist destinations - some of the road/shopping market/mall roads have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depending on the destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation, guests have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost, and on a direct payment basis, this cost is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
  14. Sometimes vehicle parking areas little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
  15. No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
  16. No cancellation or any refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
  17. YatraDham or Service Provider is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
  18. All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until the full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by the company.
  19. Company hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India. The company considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only of the court of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.


Documents Required for Travel:

  • Adults: Aadhaar Card/ Driver’s License/ Voter’s ID/ Passport
  • Child: Aadhaar Card/ School ID
  • Infant: Aadhaar Card/ Birth Certificate
  • For NRI and Foreign National Guests along with the passport valid Indian Visa/ OCI card/ PIO card is mandatory

Package Cancellation Policy

  • Tour bookings can be cancelled online through the official booking portal.
  • For online bookings, refunds will be processed as per the applicable TTDC cancellation rules. The eligible refund amount will be credited to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Account).
  • No refund will be provided if a passenger misses the coach or cancels the tour after the scheduled departure.
  • Cancellation charges are as follows:
  • More than 48 hours before departure: 25% cancellation charges.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 50% cancellation charges.
  • Within 24 hours of departure: No refund.
  • One-time postponement or preponement is permitted only if requested more than 24 hours before departure, subject to seat availability and tour operation.
  • Once a booking has been postponed or preponed, no further changes or cancellations will be permitted.
  • A 2% transaction fee will be deducted on every cancellation.
  • GST will be applicable on cancellation charges as per prevailing government regulations.
  • Discounts and concessions are not applicable for Tirupati tours and Rail–Road tour packages.
  • Tour departures are subject to a minimum of 10 confirmed bookings. In case the minimum requirement is not met, the tour may be rescheduled or cancelled.
  • Eligible discounts and concessions, wherever applicable, will be extended only after the successful completion of the tour.

  • 100% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment gateways.
  • Failure to Pay: If the final payment is not received before arrival, the booking may be subject to cancellation, and the advance payment will be forfeited.
