Vehicle Terms & Conditions:

1. Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off-route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact Service Provider. A refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together.
2. In Sharing basis apart from mention places other sightseeing places are not covered.
3. Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
4. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
5. In case the driver is not cooperative kindly contact Service provider on the spot.
6. Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. 
7. In some hill area roads driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
8. Pick up and drop point will be strictly to the mentioned point. No other point/option given for picj up / drop.  Request the customer to reach 30 min before the journey start at the pickup point.
9. Tour destination/route change not possible to do.  \
10. Minimum of 25 ticket booking needed to start the journey. In case of failure to get 25 tickets, the Service provider requests to shift next possible slot or cancel the booking. 
11. The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increase more than 5 % than the time of booking service provider may increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
12. The service provider reserves the right to give you a similar transport option due to any circumstances.
13. At many of the tourist destinations - some of the road/shopping market/mall roads have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depending on the destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation, guests have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost, and on a direct payment basis, this cost is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
14. Sometimes vehicle parking areas little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
15. No refund for any unveiled facilities.
16. No cancellation or any refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
17. YatraDham or Service Provider is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
18. All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until the full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by the company.
19. Company hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India. The company considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only of the court of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.

• If a ticket is presented for cancellation more than two days (48 hours) in advance of the scheduled departure of bus, cancellation charge shall be deducted at the flat rate of Rs.100 per head
• If the ticket is presented for cancellation within two days (48 hours) in advance and up to one day (24 hours) before the scheduled departure of the bus, cancellation charges shall be 50% of the fare per head
• No refunds shall be made if the ticket is surrendered for cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled departure of the bus.
• Partial cancellation is allowed only for one time subject to cancellation rules as mentioned in above  
• Preponement / Postponement is allowed only for one time subject to seat availability provided the ticket is presented more than one day (24 hours) in advance of the scheduled departure of bus. No charges.
• Full refunds in case of departmental cancellations. Refunds will be done through Corporate office – Finance Department by way of cheque basing on recommendations of GM / DVM / CRM.
• In Case of Poor Services / Break down in service refunds will be done through Corporate office – Finance Department by way of cheque basing on recommendations of GM / DVM / CRM.

Additional Note:

1. The car will take you up to the entry point of each sightseeing location. The remaining journey will be managed by the guests themselves.
2. Tourist details (or group leader in case of a group) such as name, age, gender, address, phone no., e-mail ID (optional) will be collected for creating the Tourist database and communication in case of emergencies.
3. Refunds to Tourists will be given normally in one month, after the cancellation of ticket or receipt of e-mail.
4. The pilgrims should wear traditional dresses at the temples as  darshan tickets are being provided to them.

• 100% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment gateways.
• Failure to Pay: If full payment is not received at the time of booking, the reservation will not be confirmed and may be subject to cancellation without notice.
